On September 6, 2025, Climbingzoo & Bergrettung Kaltenbach invited everyone to the Children’s & Family Festival in Fügen
The Charity Climbing 2025 was a great event, and the result is great too!!
PTS Fügen subsequently participated in the Charity Climb and raised €930.30 for Christina through climbing.
Result: 270 climbers / 14 climbing gyms / 12,487 points => an impressive total of €25,694 for people who need it

Climbing, Chatting, Celebrating
The aim of the association, founded in 2019, is to raise the necessary financial resources through various events, lectures and also through donations, in order to enable the climbing children to go on excursions, courses, etc.
Over the years, fundraising campaigns and various festivals have become established.

At the 1st 10-hour Charity Climb, which took place on April 6th in Kraftreich Aufenfeld, the 47 teams climbed a total of 10,688 euros in donations for Georg and his family.
However, since some climbing teams had more sponsors, the climbers were ultimately able to climb the sum of 28,869 euros.
Together with the donation from the Zlagboard World Champion UNTERRAINER Günther, who donated one euro for every second hung (185 seconds), and the extra donations for Georg, a total sum of €33,832.40 was collected.
The ClimbingZoo association rounded up the donations to the nice sum of 34,343 euros.
This result was presented to Georg and his family on May 20, 2024. They were invited by the ClimbingZoo association to a meal in Kraftreich Aufenfeld and were visibly touched by so much willingness to help.
The ClimbingZoo association also decided at short notice to present the winners of the Charity Climb with a challenge cup. This was accepted by this year’s winners Roland and Lukas.

Rumor has it that planning for the Charity Climb 2025 is in full swing. One can be curious about what the ClimbingZoo will come up with for next year.

The ClimbingZoo association organized a festival for climbers and all friends of the vertical under the name CLIMBERS BACK TOGETHER (short: CBT) on June 7, 2024.
The venue was the Alpengasthaus Breitlahner in Ginzling, which is well-known to climbers and mountaineers.
The aim of this event was to bring climbers (and those who want to become climbers) from near and far together for an exchange of ideas.
The band ROCKHOGA from Ginzling provided the musical entertainment.
The team from Alpengasthaus Breitlahner took care of the physical well-being.
Even in the run-up, one or the other “climbing star” had announced their arrival, most of whom actually came and talked about “old” times as well as new projects.
Despite the less than optimal weather conditions, climbers, the mountain rescue service and the Ginzling young fire brigade, as well as numerous other festival participants, did not let this stop them from celebrating late into the night.
